The AMS/Wilwood EVO IV/V/VI/VII/VIII/IX/X is a true brake solution for EVO owners that like to play in the dirt! AMS has teamed up with Wilwood to develop a true rally brake kit suitable to fit behind most popular 15" wheels yet provides all of the stopping power of the stock units. This lightweight brake kit shaves 24 lbs. from your EVO, 20 of which is reduced from the rotating mass! Less weight (sprung & rotational) means quicker acceleration, less parts breakage, and quicker suspension response. Our rally brake kit utilizes robust Wilwood 4 piston calipers and Wilwood B compound pads made for severe-duty asphalt and dirt track use. The vented vane rotor is 11.75” in diameter (stock is 12.75”) and features a lightweight aluminum hat. We supply the rotor and hat pre-assembled with safety wire and include plastic coated braided stainless steel brake lines to protect against abrasion from gravel and debris. Grade 8 hardware and zinc plated caliper brackets complete the package. Race proven on the 2008 AWD class winning AMS sponsored Pikes Peak EVO VIII driven by Dave and Allison Kern!
